Giving back to our community is one of our core values ​​and it is expressed through our continuous effort to support our industry by sharing our knowledge and expertise and providing employment opportunities to young professionals. In this context, ORCO offers professional training programs for our employees, for new professionals in the field of translation, as well as for experienced translators who wish to enrich their knowledge or specialize in a thematic area.

We provide distance learning, either through active participation or asynchronous learning. The training modules are primarily organized by subject of specialization, but we also offer courses that focus on specific translation tools, such as Trados Studio. Our trainers are members of our staff with many years of experience in the field of translation and in their specific field of expertise. We also offer face-to-face training through our internship programme.
